You can snug up the belt easily, and it holds your back very firmly. When your lower back pain is intense and you don't have the strength to pull, there are times when using any other lumbar belt is challenging, but the Guardner belt makes this very possible.

How do I measure myself and choose the size that fits me right?
The best practice is to measure your waist with a shirt and decide which fits you, and if you're unsure, go with a size above what you measure. Then, wear it halfway over your pelvis.If using it for multiple reasons, match your size with the chart. If unsure, choose one size larger. Sizes available: S (73 cm/~29 inches), M (83 cm/~33 inches), L (96 cm/~38 inches), XL (115 cm/~45 inches). Share with loved ones and friends of similar size.
Is the belt machine washable?
You can. Simply fold the belt, put it into the laundry net, and put it on a soft wash. If you don’t use the net, it might cause damage to your clothing. It’s also recommended to dry indoors to prevent color fading.
How durable is the belt? Can the line be cut?
It depends on how much you use it. But it has been tested in Japan and withstood a 331lb pull test without a hitch. Even after 441lbs were applied, the line still held intact. But the line itself can be cut if you’re carrying sharp objects or leave it open for domestic animals to take a munching to.
Does the belt come with a guarantee that if it’s damaged it can be repaired?
If the belt you get is defective, we’ll send you replacement parts free of charge. In some cases, we’ll even replace the belt with a new one.
The strings do have a warranty of up to 3 years. If anything happens in that time frame, we’ll send you a fresh set of strings free of charge. In the unlikely chance that the strings break, please shoot us an email at info@guardner.jp. Though the product (besides the strings) doesn’t come with a warranty, we do sell replacement parts. Also, please keep your order number on hand and be sure that the “Guardner” logo stays on the belt so we know it’s ours.
