How do I measure myself and choose the size that fits me right?
Wrap the belt based on your purpose: top of the pelvis for lower back support, the area where the hipbone sticks out for pelvic care, and around the abdomen for training. If using it for multiple reasons, match your size with the chart. If unsure, choose one size larger.
Sizes available: S (73 cm / ~29 in), M (83 cm / ~33 in), L (96 cm / ~38 in), XL (115 cm / ~45 in). Share with loved ones and friends of similar size.
Is the belt machine washable?
You can. Simply fold the belt, put it into a laundry net, and put it on a soft wash. If you don’t use the net, it might cause damage to your clothing. It’s also recommended to dry indoors to prevent color fading.
Does the tape weaken?
Though high-durability materials are used in its making, it may weaken a little. Even then, the strap keeps the tape down and makes it difficult to come off easily.
How durable is the belt? Can the line be cut?
It depends on how much you use it. But it has been tested in Japan and withstood a 331 lb pull test without a hitch. Even after 441 lbs were applied, the line still held intact. But the line itself can be cut if you’re carrying sharp objects or leave it open for pets to take a munch on.
Does the belt come with a guarantee if it’s damaged?
If the belt you get is defective, we’ll send you replacement parts free of charge. In some cases, we’ll even replace the belt with a new one. The strings have a warranty of up to 3 years — if anything happens in that time frame, we’ll send you a fresh set of strings free of charge.

Can I use it while sleeping?
It’s probably not best to wear it while sleeping. It’s designed to be used during the daytime, and sleeping with it on can lower blood flow in certain areas of your body. If you experience any pain or discomfort, remove it immediately.
Can I still use it if I am pregnant or recently gave birth?
If you’re prenatal, be sure to get permission from your doctor before use. The same goes if you’re postpartum. Keep your physical condition in mind and use your best judgment.
Do I have to take it off when I use the bathroom?
It depends on where you wear and wrap it. If it’s around your stomach, it should be alright as long as you loosen it.
